We were engaged by the Cultural Warriors Edutainment Trust to conduct an independent output-level evaluation of their “Vuka! Igniting Zimbabwe’s Creative Flame on the Global Stage” project, funded by the African Culture Fund. This role highlights our ability to serve as a trusted, impartial M&E partner for international funders and implementing bodies.
Our evaluation systematically applied the rigorous OECD/DAC Criteria (Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, and Sustainability) to assess project performance.
The resulting objective findings and recommendations provided crucial, data-driven insights to; the funders-African Culture Fund, the implementers Culture Warriors Edutainment Trust, Government of Zimbabwe, as well as the practicing artists who are a key stakeholders. By the delivered clear evidence on impact and sustainability, RuramaiAFRICA helped inform future programming, solidifying our clients’ success and maximizing opportunities for follow-on funding.
