Reginald Tinavapi began his Cultural Arts and Heritage Career in 2008 through a Performing Arts Training program that was conducted by Vuka Africa Trust targeting to empower unemployed youths in Highfield High density Suburb of Harare, Zimbabwe with sustainable life and survival skills. He worked with various institutions and practicing individuals in Cultural Arts and Heritage ecosystems where he gained enough industrial practical skills and knowledge in different areas of performing Arts in Zimbabwean dances, Cultures and Traditional values, Cultural Musical manufacturing and playing. Most importantly, he acquired immense knowledge and experience in Project Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Cultural Governance as well as Fundraising for Arts and Culture. The experience that he attained in the 15 years of work with different partners and projects has made him a brand worthy recognition resulting in the formation of RuramaiAFRICA Cultural Arts and Heritage which was formed as an entity to expand his ideas as an Cultural Entrepreneur. He was identified, developed and supported by the following people:
